I cannot express how highly I regard Matt and this company! I had a crisis on my hands: an event starting in 8 hours, and the delivery from the other printing company I used was lost. We are traveling from the US and I called Silver Image in a panic. Within 20 minutes, they responded that they would be able to assist me, even given a very high volume of orders. I truly didn't know that customer service like this existed any more. Matt was professional and supportive. I will absolutely utilise them for future orders. Thank you Silver Image! Couldn't be happier!!! Had an urgent print I needed done at 6pm which I needed put up at a location in Uxbridge at 6am the following morning. Within five minutes, it had been costed, including courier and booked. I ordered 2 x posters and the quote including courier was £70 cheaper than 1 poster without delivery from it's nearest competitor. Now it's 6.50pm and the courier is almost here. This is the first time I have used this company and couldn't be more happy with their service. Fast, knowledgeable and super high quality banners at a reasonable price given the fast turnaround times and high quality. Don't even bother going for cheaper companies just go to this one. Silver Image are LIFESAVERS! I was managing an event in London, and I realised at 9pm that I had stupidly forgotten the leaflets, and so they were in Manchester. The panic started.. until I found Matt and Silver Image! They printed and delivered the flyers to my hotel in central London by midnight. WOW! Fabulous service - and I won't forget it! I highly recommend using Silver Image London - we contacted them at 7pm or so on a Friday, desperately needing 15 copies of a 20 page brochure. I called at 4:30 the night before I needed a book after being let down by another printer. They had the booklet completed by 10am on a Sunday (the next day) It was snowing heavily and took me 2 hours extra to get there but Matt kindly waited and called me to get updates. Beyond greatful!! Excellent service. I was able to print an A0 poster last minute after hours and the team was extremely helpful.
